What we collect
AI Interview processes recruiter account data (name, email), job descriptions, candidate resumes, interview transcripts, optional video recordings, and AI-generated evaluations.
How we use data
- Run AI voice interviews and generate structured evaluations
- Provide live observer transcripts and interview recordings to authorized users
- Send optional email invitations when configured
- Operate and improve the service during the beta period
Subprocessors
We use third-party providers to deliver core functionality:
- Google Gemini — real-time voice interviews
- OpenRouter — resume screening, question generation, and evaluation
- Resend — transactional email (when configured)
Recordings and consent
Candidates must provide explicit consent before a video recording starts. Consent is recorded with a timestamp before the interview begins.
Retention
Interview data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support hiring workflows. You may request deletion by contacting support.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep recruiters signed in. No advertising cookies are used.
